People Wigwam was borne out of that feeling that 'there must be a better way'.  Two guys (see profile) having been at the client end of recruitment for many years had enough of:

• Being told how our needs would be thoroughly understood and then sprayed with cv's.

• Paying large percentage based fees that encouraged the candidate to push to the limit of the salary range.

• Our time being wasted in fruitless meetings with people who obviously did not fit the profile.

• Funding expensive ads in national newspapers.
