4. Once you're happy with our target list we discretely begin to network within the organisations to uncover the right individuals and discuss the role with them on an anonymous basis.

5. We meet, screen (and test if required) those candidates who fit the profile and express an interest.

6. Those individuals who meet your criteria are put forward for interview by yourselves.

7. Once we’ve found the person you’re looking for we act as a liaison between yourselves and the candidate and take up references.
